Platts New York Harbor gasoline and distillate assessments reflect bids where the seller chooses the delivery basis if the buyer submits a basis option of barge or Buckeye Pipeline cycle.
The reverse is true if the seller offers the option of delivery on a barge or Buckeye basis.
Furthermore, Platts reflects bids which grant the seller the option of the three day laycan in the event that the buyer states a laycan longer than three days.
The reverse is true if the seller offers a laycan longer than three days.
