SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to amend Columbia Gas, Appalachia monthly survey Dec. 1

Platts is seeking feedback on a proposal to align the Columbia Gas, Appalachia monthly price assessment to the same basis as the daily survey effective December 1.

The assessment is intended to reflect unrestricted gas in Interruptible Paper Pool (IPP pool) transactions, transported using Columbia Gas' IPP Rate schedule.

Deliveries into the IPP pool, which is also known as the "TCO Pool," are transported using Columbia Gas' IPP Rate schedule and can originate from any source delivered into Columbia Gas' system, including unrestricted aggregation points under the pipeline's AS rate schedule.
