SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to expand loading ports for NWE orthoxylene, xylenes

Platts sought feedback in February 2012 to enhance the load ports of its current Northwest Europe orthoxylene and mixed xylene assessments from Free On Board Rotterdam basis to FOB Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (FOB ARA). Following feedback provided by industry participants and internal reviews, Platts has decided to expand the load ports to European OX and MX spot assessments to reflect FOB ARA, effective from December 1, 2012.
