SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts restates erroneous database records for oil derivatives data

As part of its ongoing review of historic data sets, S&P Global Platts has identified certain erroneously recorded historic data in oil market derivatives market data categories.

To ensure Platts databases contain fully representative data, Platts has restated these erroneous values in its database.

On June 23, 2017, Platts restated data where low and high values recorded in the Platts database had been transposed, or where certain data points had been databased with incorrect decimal place settings.
