SUBSCRIBER NOTE: San Francisco suboctane gasoline to shift to 13.5 RVP Oct 22

Please note that S&P Global Platts' San Francisco suboctane and premium suboctane gasoline assessments will reflect a RVP of 13.5 as of October 22, 2019.

Platts previously published a subscriber note October 16 saying the change would take place on or around November 1.

The change reflects timing specifications from the Kinder Morgan Pipeline in California and feedback from market participants.
