On October 31, 2016, S&P Global Platts will assess all US Gulf Coast prompt pipeline gasoline grades for Colonial Pipeline C60 using the NYMEX December RBOB futures contract as the basis.
This basis will be reflected in C60 eWindow instruments as well. Starting on November 1, all Colonial Pipeline C60 markets will also be assessed against the NYMEX December RBOB futures.
Through October 30, Gulf Coast gasoline prompt pipeline grades will be assessed against the NYMEX November RBOB futures contract.
