20 Oct 2014 | 04:51 UTC — Tokyo
As previously announced, Platts Singapore office will be closed Wednesday, October 22, 2014, for the Deepavali holiday and no publications or assessments will be carried out on that day. Normal publishing schedules will resume October 23. For petrochemicals, no Asian daily commentaries or assessments will be carried out on October 22. The Asian weekly polymers commentaries and assessments published on Wednesdays will be brought forward by one day to October 21. The Asian polymers assessments in the Polymerscan will reflect the close of October 21. Singapore's Ministry of Manpower announced in April that the Deepavali holiday would fall on October 22 instead of October 23 as previously indicated. As a result, October 23 would no longer be a public holiday, it said, and October 22 would be a public holiday instead. For full details of Platts' publishing schedule and services affected, refer to http://www.platts.com/HolidayHome. For queries, please contact support@platts.com.
