Platts updates JKM Rationale & Exclusions for Oct 17

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has updated the LNG Asia JKM Rationale for Oct 17 to include the excluded offer from Freepoint, which was withdrawn at 4:00:04 PM Singapore time.

The rationale appears in LNG Daily, as well as fixed pages LNG0814 and PGN1023.
