SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts invites feedback on proposal to consolidate global weekly PE commentaries

S&P Global Platts has extended the consultation period on its proposal to merge the existing weekly commentaries for all polyethylene grades into one commentary for each region to streamline coverage of the polyethylene market. Platts continues to seek feedback on its proposal and invites comments by October 31, 2018. Changes would take effect on November 14, 2018.

The merged commentaries would be published in the Polymerscan, Platts Market Center and on the following Platts Petrochemical Alert pages:

PCA 8299 Asian Polyethylene PCA 7299 European Polyethylene PCA 9299 US Polyethylene PCA 9298 Latin American Polyethylene. The following commentary pages would be discontinued:
