Platts invites the European PVC industry to participate in a webinar set to explain the Platts methodology for its European PVC gross contract price assessments. The webinar will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, from 10-11 a.m. London time. Platts aims to focus on its role in the marketplace and the definition behind its price assessments.
