SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to add new REX, Zone 3 natural gas index

Following a period of market feedback, Platts has decided to add the following new index in its daily and monthly natural gas surveys.

The new location will appear as follows:

REX, Zone 3 delivered (daily and monthly survey) Deliveries from Rockies Express Pipeline to Natural Gas Pipeline Co. of America pipeline at the Moultrie County, Illinois, interconnect; to Midwestern Gas Transmission at the Edgar County, Illinois, interconnect; to ANR Pipeline at the Shelby County, Indiana, interconnect; to the Trunkline system at the Douglas County, Illinois, interconnect; and to Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line at the Putnam County, Indiana, interconnect.

Based on market feedback, Platts has decided to add a single combined index for deliveries to these interconnects from the Rockies Express Pipeline in Zone 3 at this time in lieu of several separate REX delivery locations in the zone. Additionally, trading at the locations in aggregate has demonstrated a level that supports a robust monthly bidweek pricing location.

The new index will appear beginning with the Gas Daily price table showing trade date Friday, October 30, for flow dates Sunday, November 1, and Monday, November 2, 2015, and for the November 2015 monthly Bidweek survey with trade dates October 26-30.

The listing will appear in the "Upper Midwest" section of the "Market Center Spot Gas Prices" table in Inside FERC's Gas Market Report, Energy Trader and Gas Daily Price Guide, in the "Others" section of Gas Daily's "Daily Price Survey" table, and Platts Natural Gas Alert pages 434, 496 and 514.

Additionally, it will appear in the "Upper Midwest" section of the "Market Center Bidweek Physical Basis Prices" table in Inside FERC's Gas Market Report.
