San Francisco gasoline RVP shift

San Francisco conventional 87 and 91 octane gasoline and CARBOB and premium CARBOB assessments will reflect 12.5 RVP effective October 22, 2010.

These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by Kinder Morgan's pipeline system.
