SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Normal publication resumes for USAC marine fuel MOCs

Following the return to normal port operations, S&P Global Platts will resume the publication of bids, offers and trades at the ports of Charleston and Savannah for IFO 380, IFO 180 and marine gasoil during the Platts Market on Close assessment process, effective October 12, 2018.

Platts announced in a subscriber note October 10 that it would not publish bids, offers or trades in Savannah or Charleston over October 10-12, due to port closures ahead of Hurricane Michael.

On October 10-11, the assessments in the those ports were based on an analysis of the relationship between those ports and more liquid ports.
