SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to discontinue several chemical freight assessments

Platts has decided to discontinue its Rotterdam-Brazil liquid chemicals freight rate assessment and gas freight assessments for VCM on Europe-Turkey and US-Turkey routes due to a lack of liquidity. Platts will end publication of these assessments from December 23, 2016.

This decision note specifies two monthly averages symbols and supersedes the decision note published on October 11, 2016.
