Subscriber note: USGC conventional unleaded shifts to 13.5 RVP

The conventional unleaded 87 octane 11.5 RVP (M3) gasoline grade is currently scheduled for delivery through the Colonial Pipeline's 60th shipping cycle from Pasadena, Texas. Colonial's 61st cycle will tentatively become prompt on October 24. When the 61st cycle becomes prompt, the Platts assessment of the 11.5 RVP (M3) gasoline will convert to a 13.5 RVP (M4) gasoline assessment. This is a seasonal RVP shift.
