S&P Global Platts will not publish the daily final settlement price for flow date October 11 for Northwest, Canadian Border, Sumas as the Westcoast Energy gas pipeline in British Columbia has stopped all physical flows to Northwest, Canadian Border, Sumas, following a rupture on the pipeline and a subsequent force majeure by Enbridge, the pipeline operator.
