SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Los Angeles gasoline to shift RVP on or around October 24

Please note the following RVP changes for S&P Global Platts' US West Coast gasoline assessments, effective on or around October 24, 2018:

Los Angeles CARBOB and premium CARBOB will reflect 10.5 RVP.

Los Angeles suboctane and premium suboctane will reflect 11.5 RVP.

These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Kinder Morgan pipeline system for shipment at the end of October. Trade in November barrels is expected to end about eight days before the end of the month, based on historical precedent.
