Platts to enhance NWE MTBE assessment

Platts is seeking further feedback on the proposal to enhance the basis of European MTBE barge assessment from December 1, 2009, to also include Antwerp in the pricing process.

If implemented, the basis of the assessment would change to FOB Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp.
