Discontinuing MEG average monthly CP settlement

Following feedback from industry players, Platts plans to discontinue the publication of monoethylene glycol average contract price settlement on PCA 306 from February 4, 2011.

In place of the MEG monthly average contract price settlement, Platts will publish the nominations of three producers: MEGlobal, Shell and Saudi Basic Industries Corp., or Sabic.
