Update to Platts Asia oil specifications guide

Platts has posted a revised and updated methodology and specifications guide for the Asia refined oil products markets.

The new guide contains updates throughout, including: (1) to meet requests from subscribers, Platts has re-inserted sample contracts for various physical and derivatives markets; (2) updated and clarified specifications tables for gasoil assessed in Singapore; (3) new wording to descibe Platts' expectations regarding performance on trades concluded during the Market on Close assessment process.
