The summary should read as follows:

ULSD FOB ARA Brg: Totsa bid FE 1-3 kt, at ICE LSGO M2 +$117/mt. Non-Russian It is a condition of this Agreement that the product delivered by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer shall not be, to the best of Seller's knowledge, in all or in part, of Russian Federation origin and shall not have been loaded in or transported from the Russian Federation. For these purposes product shall be considered to be of "Russian Federation origin" if it is produced in the Russian Federation
