Platts to launch new weekly US isobutanol FOB USG assessment

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will launch a new weekly spot US isobutanol FOB USG assessment, published every Thursday, effective Nov. 7, 2024.

The assessment was first proposed on Sept. 10 in the subscriber note available here .

The assessment will have the following symbols:

ISOBU03 Isobutanol FOB USG MAvg USD/MT

The proposed assessment will expand Platts oxo-alcohols coverage.
