Platts proposes to discontinue publication of its Russian monthly average oil export duties from February 1, 2018.
Platts publishes Russian export duties for crude oil and products each day, which apply to forward periods following Russian finance ministry announcements. Platts will continue to publish these rates.
Alongside these, Platts has calculated monthly averages of the published rates. Platts proposes to discontinue these averages.
Under this proposal, Platts would stop publishing the following monthly averages: Crude export duty $/mt (AAVVD03), Crude export duty $/bbl (AAVVE03), Reduced crude export duty $/mt (AAVVF03), Reduced crude export duty $/bbl (AAVVG03), Gasoline export duty $/mt (AAVVI03), Diesel export duty $/mt (AAVVK03), and Fuel oil export duty $/mt (AAVVL03).
