Following initial research, Platts is proposing to discontinue its monthly bidweek listing for Questar Pipeline, Rocky Mountains, in its monthly bidweek North American spot-price survey, and is seeking comments on the change before making a final decision. Reported monthly bidweek dealmaking at Questar has dropped over a prolonged period to very low levels. Platts will continue to list the location in its daily price survey, where trade liquidity is stronger. All interested parties are encouraged to submit comments by October 18 to gas_survey_comments@platts.com with a cc to pricegroup@platts.com The monthly bidweek listing for Questar Pipeline appears in the "Prices of Spot Gas Delivered to Pipelines" tables in Inside FERC's Gas Market Report, Energy Trader and Gas Daily Price Guide. The proposed discontinuation of the location would occur a minimum of six months after publication of a final notice. The current proposed effective date would be April 30, 2014.
