Asia Oil Product swap commentary PGA296 change

Asia Oil Product swap market commentary will be available only via add-ons for PFC-Oil and will be discontinued in PGA from page PGA296 effective November 1, 2011.

The Asia Oil Product swap commentary will be available on PPA2602 as of this date.

The discontinuation of Platts oil swap commentary pages from PGA was announced in July 2009, but the Asia Oil Product swap commentary page was overlooked at the time.
