SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts discontinues FOB Thailand ethanol assessment

Following a proposal note released on July 7, 2016 and a consultative period for review and feedback, Platts Monday discontinued its FOB Thailand ethanol assessments, including the daily assessment (AAWZM00), and weekly and monthly averages (AAWZM04, AAWZM03).

The discontinuation of these assessments was due to changes in typical spot market trade flows, as participants rarely export fuel-grade ethanol from Thailand anymore.
