European electricity time stamp alignment

Platts will align the market-on-close (MOC) time stamps for all European electricity forward assessments at 16:30 London time effective November 1, 2009.

Platts will continue to assess all Day Ahead contracts at noon London time.

The decision follows consultation with the industry over a two-month period.
