Correction

An article in the Sept. 27 issue titled "INTERVIEW: NextDecade plans appeal to avoid ‘tremendous’ damage of Rio Grande LNG construction halt" contained an incorrect quote. The article should have stated the DC Circuit ruling centered on what NextDecade CEO Matt Schatzman described as "an alleged procedural foot fault," instead of "an alleged procedural default" as originally written.
