SUBSCRIBER NOTE: October 16 Russian diesel seasonality change PFD

Effective October 16, Platts will start reflecting winter grade Diesel 350 ppm on a pro-rated basis in the Diesel 350 ppm FCA Privolzhsky Federal District assessment, with winter grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessment. Summer grade will continue to be taken into account until November 15, after which only winter grade will be reflected. A spreadsheet detailing the changes is available upon request.
