Platts is extending the deadline for feedback on its proposal that Platts FOB Rotterdam T2 ethanol assessments will change to reflect FOB Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp loading. The feedback period will be extended to December 31, 2015.
In addition, Platts proposes that the assessment will reflect a FOB Rotterdam basis, with loading options in Amsterdam and Antwerp. As a consequence of the extension to the feedback period, it is now proposed that any change would be effective April 1, 2016.
Platts invites further feedback regarding this proposal. Please send any comments or questions to europe_ags@platts.com with a CC to pricegroup@platts.com by December 31, 2015.
For written comments, please provide a clear indication if comments are not intended for publication by Platts for public viewing. Platts will consider all comments received and will make comments not marked as confidential available upon request.
