Summer to winter diesel spec change in Russian CFD

Effective November 1, Platts will start reflecting winter grade Diesel 0.1 on a pro-rated basis in the Diesel 0.1 FCA Central Federal District assessment, with winter grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessment.

Summer grade will continue to be taken into account until November 30 after which only winter grade will be reflected.
