SUBSCRIBER NOTE: California product RVPs to change October 1

Los Angeles unleaded gasoline 84 and premium unleaded 88.5 will reflect 10 RVP on October 1. San Francisco unleaded 84 and premium unleaded 88.5 will reflect 10.5 RVP on October 1.
