Following a period of feedback, Platts will change the delivery and payment terms for its FOB Turkey rebar assessment effective September 25. The delivery window will change to 2-8 weeks and the payment terms will be "at sight," with all other payment terms normalized to this standard.
All other specifications will remain the same. This change was first proposed in a note published August 5, 2015. The assessment appears in the Daily Briefing, Platts Metals Alert (PMA 1263) and Steel Markets Daily.
