Proposal to discontinue US PA flake assessment

Platts is seeking comment on a proposal to discontinue its assessments of the US flake phthalic anhydride market (PHARF03).

Platts is proposing to implement this change with the last assessment being published December 23.

The discontinuation does not affect the assessment of the US phthalic anhydride molten market.
