SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts clarifies Asia MTBE MOC price change incrementability

For the Asia MTBE Platts Market on Close assessment process, bids and offers are currently submitted directly via eWindow.

The minimum time between incremental price changes in eWindow is 30 seconds following the cut-off for initial bids and offers.

The period of testing the repeatability of an order traded near close is one minute.
