Platts clarifies USAC resid asphaltene specs

The asphaltenes specification for Platts US Atlantic Coast 0.7%S and 1.0%S residual fuel oil in the Platts Methodology and Specifications Guide for Petroleum Products & Gas Liquids: US, Caribbean and Latin America should read "asphaltenes of max 8%."

This specification was published incorrectly as "asphaltenes of max 8 ppm" for both grades.
