Proposed change to European distillates MOC

Platts is seeking comments on a proposal to limit exposure to operational tolerance in European distillate CIF cargo and FOB barge assessment processes (jet, diesel and gasoil).

Barge and cargo deliveries have volume optionalities of 5% to 10%, which have raised concerns in volatile markets.

Platts is requesting feedback and industry views by October 15, 2010.
