Platts proposes change to NWE ULSD assessments

Effective January 4, 2011, Platts proposes to discontinue the CIF and FOB Northwest European ULSD Flexi (E) (AARXM00) assessment.

Furthermore, Platts proposes to increase the cargo size reflected in the ULSD 10 ppm assessment (AAVBG00) to reflect cargoes of 10,000-35,000 mt, normalized to 20,000 mt.

Currently the ULSD 10 ppm assessment reflects cargoes of 10,000-20,000 mt, normalised to 12,500 mt.
