Platts to move API, DOE, CustomWeather on PGA

Platts proposes to move and aggregate various third party data set pages on Platts Global Alert.

These changes, which will affect the publication of data from the US' American Petroleum Institute and Department of Energy, as well as weather data from CustomWeather, will take effect on October 24, 2011.

Existing page numbers will be suspended at the same time. A full list of new pages is attached below.
