Subscriber Note: Platts proposes ending USGC Premium CBOB assessment

Platts is seeking feedback on a proposal to discontinue its assessment for US Gulf Coast Premium CBOB (D-Grade). Colonial Pipeline no longer ships this grade with regularity and, as a result, Platts has observed substantially diminished market liquidity. These assessments are published on Platts Global Alert page 330, and in the Platts assessment database under code AAWRW00 for pipeline Premium CBOB, and AAWET00 for waterborne Premium CBOB. The seasonal supplemental assessment for Premium CBOB appears on PGA page 332 under the symbol AASOC00. Please send feedback by October 31 to americas_products@platts.com and pricegroup@platts.com. For written comments, please provide a clear indication if comments are not intended for publication by Platts for public viewing. Platts will consider all comments received and will make comments not marked as confidential available to the public upon request.
