Platts clarifies specifications for CFR India phosphate assessments

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, is clarifying the duty status of material considered for its weekly CFR India phosphate assessments.

The assessments reflect origin-free material, indicating a lack of restrictions on the country of origin.

The assessments include any material meeting the specifications on which duty has not been paid, including duty-free material.

This clarification applies to the following weekly assessments:

• Diammonium Phosphate CFR India $/mt Weekly (FDPBJ04)
• Phosphoric Acid (100% P2O5) CFR India $/mt Quarterly (FPAIA04)
