SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts includes Cestoil additives in Singapore gasoil

Following a continued review of recognized additives contained in the FOB Singapore gasoil assessment process, S&P Global Platts confirms the inclusion of the following additives by Cestoil Chemical from September 16, 2019.

These additives are: Additive Name Additive Type NORTHSHORE CF 20 Cold Flow Improver NORTHSHORE CF 40 Cold Flow Improver

Platts understands that these additives have broad market acceptance and are reflected in the key regional national chemical inventory, and/or have been consumed around the region.

Platts first proposed to include these additives in a subscriber note published on May 6, 2019. http://plts.co/zC6g30pvWPR

The following additives will continue to be reviewed for further consultation and information:
