SUBSCRIBER NOTE: San Francisco suboctanes shift to 10 RVP Sept 18

Please note that San Francisco unleaded suboctane and premium unleaded suboctane gasoline assessments will reflect 10 RVP from September 18.

The change is due to seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by Kinder Morgan's pipeline system.
