An article in the Sept. 17 publication, "Solar energy sales surge in Q2, even as total power sales weaken in FERC reports," incorrectly characterized the nature of the electricity sales reported to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. In fact, the numbers in the article represent transactions of physical units, not just financial transactions.
