SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Normal publication resumes for USAC marine fuel MOCs

Following the return to normal port operations, S&P Global Platts will resume the publication of bids, offers and trades at the ports of Charleston, Savannah and Norfolk for IFO 380, IFO 180 and marine gasoil during the Platts Market on Close assessment process, effective September 17, 2018.

Platts announced in its subscriber notes last week that it would not publish bids, offers or trades in Savannah or Charleston over September 12-14, and in Norfolk over September 13-14 due to port closures ahead of Hurricane Florence.

On those days, the assessments in the three ports were based on an analysis of the relationship between those ports and more liquid ports.
