Please note that several Platts' US Gulf Coast gasoline assessments will transition to 13.5 RVP beginning with Colonial Pipeline's 60th shipping cycle on October 15. Gulf Coast assessments, with the exception of RBOB and premium RBOB, currently reflect 11.5 RVP, and the shift is part of the routine seasonal transition for fuels mandated by the EPA.
For the shift occurring October 15, the following assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP: Conventional 87-unleaded gasoline (M4) CBOB (A4) Atlanta CBOB (S4) Atlanta premium CBOB (T4)
Gulf Coast premium 93-unleaded gasoline (V4) will transition to 13.5 RVP beginning with Colonial Pipeline's 61st shipping cycle on October 21.
These assessments appear on PGA page 330 and in US Marketscan. For questions or comments, please email americas_products@platts.com, with a cc to pricegroup@platts.com.
