Platts to launch eWindow for NWE naphtha September 17

Platts is launching eWindow software for its European Naphtha CIF NWE Cargoes assessment process on Friday, September 17.

This will create a different format for headlines of bids and offers published on PGA005.

For example, a headline that would currently appears as "NAPHTHA: CARGO: Company A bids $687.50/mt for one 12.5k" will from September 17 be published as "Platts Naphtha NWE Crg Sep22-Sep26".

In the new headline structure, the volume being bid for will be expressed in metric tonnes.

Company short-form names may also appear differently.
