S&P Global Platts has added delivered Marine Gasoil 0.1% sulfur in Asia and delivered Marine Diesel 0.1% sulfur in Asia on eWindow effective September 14, 2018.
Platts previously published bids, offers and interest to trade during the Platts MOC assessment process for delivered MGO 0.1% and delivered MDO 0.1% manually via Platts Global Alert pages PGA 190 and PGA 008.
With the inclusion of these instruments in the eWindow software, participants in the MOC process will be able to submit bids or offers for publication directly through the eWindow communication tool, or through an editor who would then publish the bids and offers using the software.
Platts publishes MGO 0.1% assessments at Singapore, Fujairah, Hong Kong, Shanghai and South Korea. Platts publishes MDO 0.1% assessments at Tokyo Bay and West Japan.

These assessments are published alongside existing MGO and MDO assessments.
