USGC RBOB markets transition to 13.5 RVP

When the Colonial Pipeline's 53rd shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will suspend assessments of the 11.5 RVP F-grade, RBOB, and 11.5 RVP H-grade, PBOB. Instead, Platts will begin assessing 13.5 RVP F and H-grade.

This change reflects a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system. The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle, but is expected to take place on or about September 14, 2011.
