Platts is hosting a quarterly open technical crude oil forum in London to discuss current issues and proposals with market participants.
Topics under discussion will include cash BFOE cargoes in physical trades, assessing markets with limited data, and Forties assessments and the sulfur de-escalator over the coming year.
